New Jabiru Cowlings and fuel tank

 

A few photographs of the latest production of Jabiru cowlings for the Sherwood Ranger. Made from fire resistant polyester and with reinforced areas around the joggled edges and rear mounting lip. Latest production will be supplied without the holes pre cut (but guide lines in place for cutting) to enable builders to fine tune the fitting to their actual installation. With a heavy investment in tooling these mouldings are of a high quality and need little to no refinishing prior to painting.

 

 

The bottom photograph show the composite frame that enables a retro fit forward mounting fuel tank, this can be fitted to the previously supplied turtle deck to provide a professional finish.
